What each competitor's grades mean in ours. Every recycler grades on its own ladder and calls the rungs whatever it likes — this is where you say which of ours each one is.
Mapping is applied when prices are read, never when they are collected. The raw scrape is never rewritten, so a correction here re-grades every historical price immediately — no re-scrape — and costs nothing but another edit if it is wrong.
Use price and volume to decide. A rung averaging far below the one above it is a lower grade whatever it is called. Setting a rung to Exclude drops it from the market entirely — for prices that are not really buyback offers.
Switching something off takes it out of coverage, the percentile and the KPI strip. It is not deleted and keeps being collected — a lookup can still ask for it by name. Each row shows how much of the table it is, because every whole-market query reads the active set.
